But you know, these numbers, they don\u2019t portend very well,\u201d Subramaniam said in response to Cramer\u2019s question of whether the economy is \u201cgoing into a worldwide recession.\u201d The CEO\u2019s pessimism came after FedEx <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/09\/15\/fedex-fdx-earnings-q1-2023-miss-estimates.html\">missed estimates on revenue and earnings<\/a> in its first quarter.
