The restructuring deal and recovery plan were announced during a status conference for crypto lender Genesis, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/01\/20\/crypto-lender-genesis-trading-files-for-bankruptcy-barry-silbert-digital-currency-group.html\">filed for bankruptcy<\/a> protection in New York on Jan. 19.
