Bankman-Fried was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/12\/22\/ftx-founder-sam-bankman-fried-to-be-released-on-250-million-bail.html\">released<\/a> on $250 million recognizance bond in December after he was indicted on criminal fraud charges.
