Earlier, he raised a similar sum similar for his first presidential choice &#8212; former New York City Mayor <strong>Rudy Giuliani.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At this week&#8217;s GOP gathering, Singer is putting on a notable and offbeat display of largesse.
