The 92-year-old legendary investor said Thursday he has converted over 9,000 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/BRK.A\/\">Berkshire Class A shares<\/a> into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/BRK.B\/\">B shares<\/a> in order to donate 13.7 million B shares to five foundations.
