The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-sdny\/pr\/us-attorney-announces-charges-four-separate-insider-trading-cases-against-10\" target=\"_blank\">Justice Department<\/a> and the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/litigation\/complaints\/2023\/comp-pr2023-121.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a> both announced respective insider trading charges against <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/amit-dagar-2b50863\/\" target=\"_blank\">Amit Dagar<\/a>, Pfizer\u2019s senior statistical programming lead at the time of the trades, and his friend Atul Bhiwapurkar.
