The benchmark <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/US10Y\/\">10-year Treasury<\/a> rose by more than 7 basis points to 3.932%. The yield on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/US2Y\/\">2-year Treasury<\/a> was little changed at 4.942%.
