The yield on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/US10Y\/\">10-year Treasury<\/a> rose by more than 10 basis points at 4.542%, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/09\/21\/us-treasurys-investors-digest-fed-rate-decision.html\">reaching its highest level since 2007<\/a> when it climbed as high as 4.57%.
