The deal, which includes a book of loans created by Goldman, will result in a 19 cents per share reduction to third-quarter earnings, Goldman said in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.goldmansachs.com\/media-relations\/press-releases\/2023\/goldman-sachs-announces-sale-of-greensky.html\" target=\"_blank\">statement<\/a>.
