The launch follows new federal guidance easing restrictions on illiquid assets within retirement portfolios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heather von Zuben, formerly of Goldman Sachs and Blackstone Credit &amp; Insurance, was appointed Global Head of Retirement Solutions.
