Financial terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>DataConsult develops the ExpertWMS suite\u2014including standard, 3PL, and cloud offerings\u2014for manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce operators, and logistics providers. Carlsquare said DataConsult will remain a standalone platform intended for further growth and potential buy-and-build activity.
