The round was co-led by Antonio Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners, and Gavin Baker, managing partner of hedge fund Atreides Management. Sequoia Capital, which led Flow\u2019s Series A, participated alongside Human Capital, Evantic, SV Angel, Odyssey, and EQT.<\/p>\n<p>Former Sequoia partner Roelof Botha joined Flow\u2019s board as an independent director and invested personally. Flow\u2019s AI agents align CAD drawings with product requirements, simulation results, and testing data; TechCrunch reported customers including Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, Stoke Space, and the Rivian\u2013Volkswagen joint venture RV Tech.<\/p>\n<p>The company said it will use the capital to expand review, branching, and evaluation capabilities, grow AI and systems engineering teams, pursue FedRAMP authorization and other certifications for regulated customers, and scale sales.<\/p>\n<p>For crossover and growth investors, the round is another instance of hedge fund-affiliated capital co-leading private AI rounds, in this case Atreides alongside Valor.
