SecurityWeek independently reported the same $140 million, the same $280 million cumulative, and the same Apax Digital lead.<\/p>\n<p>The company named Samsung, SentinelOne, Maj Invest, MoreTech, and Phoenix Insurance as participants alongside existing backers Resolute Ventures, Grove Ventures, CRV, Highland Europe, Vintage Investments, Norwest Venture Partners, NFX, and Claltech. SecurityWeek printed a shorter roster that still includes Apax, MoreTech, Phoenix, Resolute, Grove, CRV, Highland Europe, Vintage, Norwest, NFX, and Claltech. Keep the long list as the company\u2019s disclosure. Apax Digital will join the board, Alice said.<\/p>\n<p>Do not print a valuation. Some secondary write-ups floated an $800 million mark; neither the company statement nor SecurityWeek carried a number. Skip annual-recurring-revenue claims that sit only in the company note.<\/p>\n<p>Alice said it works with eight of the ten top AI labs and runs a research lab of more than 150 specialists. SecurityWeek confirmed the 150-person research facility and the pre-release stress-testing brief. The product is model testing and runtime guardrails, not a fund.<\/p>\n<p>The allocator point is a growth-equity check from Apax Digital into an AI-security platform, not another seed. Anyone still marking the name as ActiveFence is a rebrand behind.
