The company announcement is on PR Newswire. TechCrunch and Variety independently printed the same $76 million Series B and the same $232 million cumulative.<\/p>\n<p>New money came from Universal Music Group, Sony Music Group, Warner Music Group, Electronic Arts, AMD Ventures, and Pacific Alliance Ventures, those outlets said. Coatue, Greycroft, Kadmos Capital, Sean Parker, and Eric Schmidt returned, the company and Variety both noted. Coatue co-founder Thomas Laffont will join the board, Variety reported. Two of the three labels, Universal and Warner, already had strategic partnerships with the firm; Sony did not, TechCrunch said.<\/p>\n<p>The $232 million figure is inclusive of two equity rounds and convertible notes under Akkaraju since June 2024, the company said. Do not invent a post-money mark. The capital is earmarked for creative-production products, applied research, and a professional-services arm, not a token or a fund.<\/p>\n<p>This is a strategic Series B, not a first institutional check. The three major recorded-music groups writing alongside a games publisher is the LP mix to print. Anyone still treating Stability as a 2022 open-source research shop has not read the 2026 buyer list.<\/p>\n<p>The allocator question is whether label capital changes the licensing risk or just the cap table. $76 million is the close.
