HedgeCo.Net \u2014 Funds advised by Permira, alongside Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), completed the acquisition of JTC plc on September 1, 2026. The deal values JTC at \u00a32.7 billion; the company has delisted from the London Stock Exchange and is now privately held. JTC\u2019s own completion notice is the primary. CPP Investments\u2019 Canada Newswire release independently confirmed its investment after shareholder and regulatory approvals, and Permira\u2019s announcement framed the same close and next growth phase.<\/p>\n

CPP Investments is putting in about GBP 350 million (C$660 million) for roughly a 20 percent stake, with Permira holding the majority. CEO Nigel Le Quesne remains in place.
