The raise comes about 10 months after a $1.38 billion round at a $10 billion valuation last October. Bloomberg and TechCrunch both note a recent roughly $13 billion, five-year cloud contract to supply Jane Street with GPUs and AI infrastructure. Axios had previously reported that Crusoe met investment bankers including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley about a potential near-term IPO. The company began in 2018 using flared gas for crypto mining before pivoting into hyperscale AI campuses.<\/p>\n
