ITEO Capital independently carried the same around-$8 billion Fund IX target framing and the same industrial \/ defense \/ manufacturing mandate emphasis tied to the Private Equity Wire print.<\/p>\n

The New York firm manages about $17.8 billion and focuses on aerospace and defence, automotive, and industrial services, typically targeting companies with more than $500 million of revenue. An $8 billion ask would mark a step-up from Capital Fund VIII, which closed at a $5 billion hard cap in 2023.
