HedgeCo.Net \u2014 Francisco Partners and a buyer group that includes KKR have agreed to take minority stakes in Italian business-software provider TeamSystem from majority owner Hellman & Friedman at a valuation of about \u20ac8 billion to \u20ac10 billion, according to a Reuters exclusive dated September 11 and carried by MarketScreener and Channel NewsAsia, with Private Equity Wire reprinting the same structure on September 14. Sources cited in that tape said Francisco Partners is buying roughly 10% and that a further stake of about 5% is going to a group that includes KKR. Hellman & Friedman, Francisco Partners, KKR, and TeamSystem declined to comment, per those reports.<\/p>\n

Hellman & Friedman first invested in TeamSystem in 2016 and held 69% as of a July corporate filing, with Silver Lake at 12.8% and Abu Dhabi\u2019s ADIA at 9.8% after buying from H&F in 2023. Part of H&F\u2019s remaining holding is transferring to another Hellman & Friedman fund, the sources said\u2014a partial realization that keeps the firm meaningfully exposed.
