HedgeCo.Net \u2014 Hg announced on September 22, 2026 a majority investment in EnterSoftone (ES1), a Greece-based ERP and business software platform, in a transaction that values the business at around \u20ac1 billion, according to an HgCapital Trust RNS on Investegate and follow-on PE Hub coverage. HgCapital Trust is investing approximately \u00a333 million alongside other Hg clients via the Hg Genesis Fund, marking Hg\u2019s first investment in Greece.<\/p>\n

Olympia Group, Imker Group, and management will retain significant stakes, with closing expected later in 2026. ES1 was formed in 2025 through the merger of Entersoft and Softone and serves more than 90,000 clients across Greece and Southeastern Europe, per the disclosed materials.<\/p>\n
