New York (HedgeCo.net) – Luxembourg based Global Equity Strategies Fund (QQP) has launched operations today, May 18th, 2010.
The new global long-short equity fund has appionted Capital Partners Limited (TQCP), a member of the Hedge Fund Association (AIMA), as its investment advisor. The hedge fund aims to achieve superior risk adjusted returns through a systematic investment strategy.
As an open-end long-short equity investment fund authorised and regulated by the Luxembourg Finance Commission, QQP is a Specialised Investment Fund (SIF) incorporated in Luxembourg as a SICAV and administered by Pictet & Cie (Europe) S.A.

TQCP is a London based long-short equity fund advisor authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA).
