Bloomberg – Bonnie Hoxie, the former Walt Disney Co. employee who pleaded guilty to trying to sell confidential earnings information, should get a term of as long as 10 months in prison, U.S. prosecutors said.
Hoxie, the former assistant to Disney corporate communications chief Zenia Mucha, pleaded guilty in September to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud, and one count of wire fraud.
