NY Post – Former Advanced Micro Devices boss Hector Ruiz had an “intimate relationship” with Danielle Chiesi, a former hedge-fund manager accused of helping Galleon co-founder Raj Rajaratnam orchestrate a massive insider-trading scheme, a key government witness testified yesterday.
Ruiz, who ran the computer chip giant between 2002 and 2008, met “frequently” with Chiesi and fed her information about AMD’s financial results and business strategy, Anil Kumar told the jury in his second day of testimony in the trial.
