Reuters – For the second day running, jurors at hedge fund manager Raj Rajaratnam’s insider trading trial asked to listen to replays of some of the secretly-recorded phone conversations at the heart of the government’s case.
The request on Wednesday to rehear six calls between Galleon Group founder Rajaratnam and his former friend, Rajiv Goel, a one-time Intel Corp executive, appeared to indicate the jury was taking its time, some litigation experts said.
