Telegraph – The founder of Polygon Investment Partners is seeking to build underneath two adjacent Ladbroke Grove homes to house two underground swimming pools, a games and cinema room, and a spa and treatment area.
Continuing the recent craze of London’s wealthiest residents extending downwards, Mr Griffith and his wife, Elizabeth, who own both neighbouring properties, wish to create a 900sq m basement. It will also include a staff lobby and three separate hallways.
