Royal Gazette – Bermuda-based independent fund administrator Opus Fund Services has announced the acquisition of the hedge fund administration unit of San Francisco-based Agile Hedge Solutions LLC.
Agile Hedge Solutions provides administration services to a portfolio of domestic and offshore hedge funds, fund of funds, managed accounts and related investments.
