Hedge Funds Review – Gottex Solutions Services (GSS) and OFI Lux (Ofi) are to form a joint venture to provide an onshore Luxembourg-based managed account platform that caters for regulated hedge funds including Ucits.
The venture, to be known as Luma Solutions Services, will serve Ucits and other European onshore funds through a Luxembourg Sicav. The platform has an initial asset base of $350 million (€250 million) made up of eight management accounts already run by Ofi.
