Infigen chairman steps down after hedge fund request

Business Spectator – Infigen Energy Ltd chairman Graham Kelly has resigned with immediate effect, to be replaced by Mike Hutchinson, after the company’s largest investor, The Children’s Investment Master Fund (TCI), sought a seat on its boards.

Infigen’s board nomination and remuneration committee chairman, Tony Battle, has also resigned his position.
