Man Group fears abolishment of FSA could weaken London

CityWire – Man Group chief executive Peter Clarke has slammed the UK government’s decision to abolish the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Speaking to the Financial Times this weekend, Clarke (pictured) claimed the move could weaken the City’s ability to withstand European regulations, such as the Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) directive due to come into force.
