Bloomberg – TNT NV, Europe’s second-biggest express-delivery company, rose to the highest level in 14 months in Amsterdam trading after two investors disclosed their stakes, fueling speculation of a break-up of the company.
Barry Rosenstein, who runs New York-based hedge fund Jana Partners LLC, and “Her Majesty the Queen in right of Alberta” have a combined stake of more than 5 percent, Imre de Roo, a spokeswoman at Dutch financial regulator AFM, said in a telephone interview today.
