Telegraph – ACPI, run by ex-Goldman Sachs colleagues Alok Oberoi and Brett Lankester, has filed a lawsuit against RMG Wealth Management, seeking to ban it from using what it alleges is confidential information gained from Stephen Greene.
Mr Greene was chief investment officer of ACPI’s fund of hedge funds arm from early 2008 until April this year, resigning on the grounds of constructive dismissal after being suspended having repeatedly complained about his treatment. In September, he launched a lawsuit against ACPI, seeking damages after saying he was “bullied, harassed and threatened” and accusing the firm of having a “culture of aggression”.
