(OTCBB:QMCI) announced today a contract with leading full-service investor relations firm Equity Alliance International, LLC, to provide acomprehensive range of market data solutions for its extensive network of investors, brokers, market commentators and stock analysts.
Equity Alliance International will purchase QuoteMedia financial data applications ranging from customizable indices and stock watch lists to charting, market statistics and financial news modules, as well as detailed quotes, Level 2 and options data, SEC Filings and streaming portfolio management services.
The terms of the agreement, signed and implemented on Oct. 17, also calls for the investor relations firm to implement an investor awareness campaign for QuoteMedia and its products to millions of Equity Alliance International subscribers who have requested information on growth stocks.
