3 Fla. men indicted in wake of $3.7B Ponzi scheme

AP – A former associate of fallen Minnesota businessman Tom Petters and two hedge fund managers were indicted Wednesday in federal court on fraud charges.

Frank Vennes, David Harrold and Bruce Prevost were each charged with four counts of securities fraud for allegedly giving false information about Petters Co. Inc. to investors. All three men live in Florida.
