New York (HedgeCo.Net) – Louise Keeling will be joining REC to establish a Global Equity Team. Keeling was a portfolio manager for six years on the Global Equity team at hedge fund Marathon Asset Management in London.
Keeling will employ a similar bottom-up process to that which she has used for many years, focusing on capital cycles within sectors to identify investment ideas and themes. Her approach also puts great emphasis on the structure of management incentives and their alignment with shareholders’ interests.
RWC will shortly be making further announcements in relation to the development of Keeling’s team. RWC currently manages $5.5bn across equity income, equity long/short, activist equity and convertible bond strategies.
