(Financial Standard) The founder and former chief executive of listed business telco provider Vocus Communications has launched an asset management firm. James Spenceley formed Vocus in 2008; in September last year, it merged with M2 Group to become a major $3 billion player in the telecommunications infrastructure sector. Throughout that time, Spenceley interacted with numerous clients from the funds management industry, including Gary Rollo, with whom he has now created MHOR Asset Management.
