Fiera Capital Agrees to Buy EM Specialist Charlemagne Capital For $53M

(FinAlternatives) Canadian investment management company Fiera Capital has agreed to buy London-based emerging market specialist Charlemagne Capital in an all-cash deal valued at around $53 million.
