HedgeCo.net – JERSEY CITY, NJ/MILAN, March 13, 2007 – Yorkville Advisors LLC, the
investment advisor to Cornell Capital — a private investment firm that
specializes in structured finance — today announced that they have
entered into a joint venture agreement with bhn S.r.l,(BHN), a
Milan-based boutique investment firm founded by Marco Prete.
According to the joint venture agreement, BHN will act as the exclusive
agent for sourcing deals for Cornell Capital in Italy. BHN has already
assisted Cornell in two successful financing structures with two
publicly traded Italian companies.

Mr. Prete has been involved in corporate finance for 12 years. Prior
to founding BHN, he was the Head of Corporate Finance at Finanziaria
Canova, an investment advisory firm based in Milan. Before that, Mr.
Prete was Corporate Finance Director at E-Capital Partners, a
Milan-based investment advisory company, and was also formerly Chief
Operating Officer at Poligrafica San Faustino. He is currently a board
member at Ikonysis Inc.
Based on the success of the joint venture, the two parties will
consider expanding the partnership beyond Italy to other key financial
centers in the European Union.
