(CNBC) U.S. stock futures were all higher on Wednesday mornings as investors kept an eye on debt-ceiling negotiations. Futures linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 46 points, or 0.14%. S&P 500 futures inched higher by 0.16%, and Nasdaq 100 futures added 0.15%.
