(Hedgeweek)New York State Common Retirement Fund, Albany, made eight alternative investment commitments totaling up to $1.7 billion in April, according to a report by Pensions & Investments citing a post on the website of state comptroller ,and the sole trustee of the $242.3 billion pension fund, Thomas P DiNapoli.
