(CNBC) U.S. stock futures managed to tick higher Sunday as investors dealt with a multitude of issues, including Iran’s missile and drone strike on Israel and a spike in equity market volatility that sent the Dow Jones Industrial average to its worst week of the year last week.Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 78 points, or 0.2%. S&P 500 futures added 0.25% and Nasdaq-100 futures advanced 0.28%.
