(CNBC) Stock futures ticked higher early Friday after the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 ended a three-day losing streak. Futures tied to the 30-stock Dow added 55 points, or around 0.13%. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq 100 futures both inched up 0.18% and 0.2% respectively.
