HedgeCo.Net — Elvaston Capital has made its first investment in Poland with a stake in Kraków-based warehouse management software provider DataConsult, according to PE Hub coverage dated around September 21–22, 2026 and a Carlsquare deal note confirming the firm advised management and shareholders on the sale. Financial terms were not disclosed.
DataConsult develops the ExpertWMS suite—including standard, 3PL, and cloud offerings—for manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce operators, and logistics providers. Carlsquare said DataConsult will remain a standalone platform intended for further growth and potential buy-and-build activity. Dealroom and PE Hub both frame the transaction as Elvaston’s Poland market entry.
