HedgeCo.Net — U.S. spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds drew $137.3 million of net inflows on Wednesday, October 28, their third consecutive day of positive flows, according to data from Farside Investors. SoSoValue data showed a similar $137.33 million total.
BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) accounted for almost all of the money, taking in $136.0 million, while the Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB) added $1.3 million. Every other fund in Farside’s table, including Fidelity’s FBTC and Grayscale’s GBTC, reported no flow for the session.
The day followed inflows of $110.3 million on October 26 and $176.0 million on October 27, bringing the three-day total to about $423.6 million. That recovers more than half, but not all, of the $773.5 million that left the funds on October 22 and 23.
Ether ETFs moved the other way, losing a further $21.4 million on October 28, according to Farside data cited by Bitcoin Insider, for about $170 million of outflows across the three sessions.
For allocators, the concentration matters as much as the direction. With nearly all of the recent demand flowing through a single fund, the streak looks less like broad-based buying across issuers and more like a continuation of IBIT’s dominance in the category, which now holds about $66.5 billion of cumulative net inflows on Farside’s figures.
