GenNx360 Closed an Oversubscribed $865 Million Fund IV, Its Largest Book:

HedgeCo.Net — GenNx360 Capital Partners said Thursday it had closed GenNx360 Capital Partners IV at $865 million of commitments, above target and the largest fund in the New York firm’s history. The BusinessWire release, carried by AFP, is the primary. Citybiz and Pulse2 independently printed the same $865 million close and the same largest-fund mark.

Fund IV keeps the firm’s lower-middle-market industrial-services and business-services mandate, partnering with founders and management teams to scale essential-services platforms. Commitments came from existing and new limited partners, including pensions, asset managers, insurers, foundations, and family offices, the firm said. GenNx360 manages about $3 billion and was founded in 2006.

The fund has already made five investments across infrastructure services, testing and inspection, aerospace and defense, and IT services, and completed the exit of its initial holding, Precision Aviation Group, in May 2026. Managing partner Monty Yort said the firm had realized more than $1.3 billion across its funds in the past 12 months and more than $2 billion over the past two and a half years. Those are firm realization figures, not Fund IV returns.

Founder Ron Blaylock framed the raise as conviction in the team’s nearly two-decade model of stewarding founder- and management-led businesses. The allocator object is a closed, above-target fourth flagship, not a first close and not a platform tuck-in by itself.

Anyone marking this as a growth-equity software book has not read the industrial-services line. It is a final close, not a target.
