Crusoe Raised $3.9 Billion Series F at About $30.9 Billion Valuation:

HedgeCo.Net — Denver-based AI infrastructure provider Crusoe announced an initial close of its Series F on September 17, 2026, raising $3.9 billion at an approximately $30.9 billion post-money valuation, according to Reuters, TechCrunch, and the company’s GlobeNewswire release. The round was co-led by Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital, and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from new and existing backers including Founders Fund, Nvidia, and Qatar Investment Authority, among others.

Crusoe, launched in 2018 and later pivoted from crypto mining toward specialized AI cloud and data-center capacity, sits among the so-called neoclouds competing for GPU-heavy workloads. Company materials and wire coverage cite more than $140 billion of total contracted value, over 6 gigawatts of contracted capacity, and about 1 GW already operational. Proceeds are earmarked to expand existing programs and to finance the build-out of Crusoe’s own AI factories, including larger campuses and modular deployments discussed in TechCrunch’s account.

For allocators tracking AI infrastructure equities and credit adjacent to hyperscale spend, the disclosed $3.9 billion ticket and ~$30.9 billion valuation are the hard marks; LP names beyond those published, a hard cap, or deployment pacing beyond the contracted-capacity figures should not be inferred. Mark the co-lead trio, the contracted-value and gigawatt stats, and the AI-factory use of proceeds as sourced.
