New York (HedgeCo.net) – New York based commodities trading advisor Quest Partners LLC., has appointed Nigel Ekern as its President. Ekern joins Quest with over 13 years hedge fund experience and will oversee operations and business development.

Prior to joining Quest, Ekern was the COO and co – founder of Noroton Capital Management LLC, a Connecticut-based hedge fund. Previously, Ekern practiced law with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP before becoming an investment banker and then a partner with an alternative investment advisor.
