Reuters – Hedge fund magnate Steven Cohen reported a 5.3 percent passive stake in Domino’s Pizza Inc, sending its shares up 2.4 percent after the bell.
Cohen, founder of hedge fund SAC Capital, owns 3.2 million shares of the pizza delivery chain, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
