Hedge Funds Review – Crispin Henderson is to become vice-chairman of global asset management for Ameriprise Financial, the parent company of Threadneedle Investments. Campbell Fleming will take over Henderson’s existing role as CEO of Threadneedle. Both Henderson and Fleming will report to Ted Truscott, CEO of global asset management for Ameriprise.
The changes are subject to regulatory approvals. Henderson has been at Threadneedle for more than a decade and has been chief executive since 2007.
