(CNBC) Stock futures were under some pressure on Tuesday morning after President Donald Trump said he was considering tariffs on Canada and Mexico. Futures tied to the S&P 500 were up 0.11%, while Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were up 0.24%. Meanwhile, Nasdaq 100 futures were flat.
