GlobeOp Financial Services has been named Best North American Hedge Fund Administrator‘’ by the subscribers of industry trade publication Hedgeweek.

According to Hedgeweek, the 2010 awards “recognised the increased focus on transparency, consistency and depth of expertise in the new investment climate.” It described its award winners as “leaders of the recovery”.

The Hedgeweek awards were based on voting by nearly 41,000 subscribers, including fund administrators, prime brokers, custodians and advisers.

In 2010 GlobeOp was recognized with four fund administration awards, in global, European, managed account and technology categories.
