CNBC) U.S. stock futures slipped Tuesday night following a winning day for the major averages, as investors awaited the latest Federal Reserve policy decision. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were marginally lower, while S&P 500 futures dipped 0.12%, while Nasdaq 100 futures inched higher by 0.17%.
